It's long overdue. I've been in and out of the hobby/game for almost a decade now, and this would be the first time I'll be getting to finish a whole army of miniatures. It did took me almost a year since I bought the Assault on Black Reach starter set, and my Orks have grown ever since.
So there, I got it out of my system! Whew! Time to finish the ladz before the year and/or world ends.

So my 6 months on the farm as an Animal Husbandryman/Technical Staff has ended and boy was it an experience. I got to do what I am meant to do, which is, to tend to an animal farm. Among other things, I: 1) Loss a lot of weight - because of all the physical things we did there. I won't get into the details but suffice to say some are pretty disgusting by 'normal' people standards. 2) Learned a lot about how the animal industry is today - I am at my 10th year out of college and since I never got to practice my profession up until this point I got all rusty in the years
Still on the Southern Fringes
Well it's my 4th month here in Mindanao, the southernmost island here in our country. I'm still tending to a farm here but hopefully, my assignment would end by March. As you can see, my rest days are sparse and I'm not in DA (or on the net for that matter) much like I used to. But I'm hanging on and I manage to have some hobby time in the form of Kre-o Transformers which I am zealously collecting now.
Gah, I miss building kits. I think I'm having a withdrawal syndrome now.
Down South
It's been a while since I've written something here. Primarily because I've been working as an Animal Husbandry consultant down on the southern part of our country. For those who don't know yet, I took up Agriculture in one of the state universities here, hence my recent job.
And given the nature of my job, I'll be off my hobbies for quite a bit. The reason for this is that my job is kinda strenous and i have very little time off. But don't fret;I don't plan to stay long on that and I'll be back soon. And i'd still be online to fave and comment from time to time.
Thinking about...
...'remastering' a number of my kits. I had a close look at them recently and a lot of them are showing their age. Some need retouching, repainting and the like. I have a handful that need a complete overhaul though like my 1/72 battroid Valkyrie which had its arm broken off from mishandling (as it was displayed in my old workstation and probably damaged in transit when I was bringing it back home). So yeah. expect some remastering done here and there.
On another note, I'm working on a contest piece for June. My last entry, the SD Unicorn Gundam, didn't bring home anything from the SD Con. But it was all worth it as the top entries were real

Dude, talk about overdue-- I've had a good amount of my boyz for about five years now and not one of them is done. lol You're moving so fast, it's like a blur to me! Congrats on getting this kick-ass gang together.
